Head Road 1816 is beautiful work of the famous South African architecture office, SAOTA, located in Cape Town. Their portfolio is quite rich with an amazing dream homes located all around this lovely city. Those who follow us for some time now know what we’re talking about. This three-story modern house is built on the hilly part of the city, precisely, in the Fresnaye neighborhood, offering beautiful panoramic views of the Cape Town and big blue ocean. The best part of this house and, we could say, recognizable feature of SAOTA’s homes is brilliant cliff-edge swimming pool which really contributes to whole dream house atmosphere.
